We are an NGO in existence since 2003 and have been working in the whole of West Bengal. We have already trained thousands of trainees who are now self employed or are attached with some organization. We mainly focus in the rural belts as in these areas the people are in a deprived state due to the limited support and guidance. In the rural areas the lives of the people remain unaltered generation after generation. They go through the same phase of poverty, they even do not know whether they will be able to arrange the next meal   for their family.

So in order to break the cycle of poverty we are conducting employment oriented trainings in the rural areas. We feel skill development training is one of the important sectors for the economic development in the developing country like ours. Skill development trainings provide opportunities for employment and income generation. Skill development trainings are important as it enables the people to increase their income. The skill development trainings which NBAA provides are need based and demand driven. The trainings empower the beneficiaries to overcome the social and economic challenges. Besides we also keep in mind the availability of raw materials in the area so that it can be bought to use.
